The services supporting Inscura accounts, payments, email and website delivery.

This list identifies the services we use. Locations reflect our configured hosting or email region where verified, or the provider’s published international-processing information. They do not imply processing is restricted to one country. Providers may act on our behalf or as independent controllers under their applicable terms.

  • Cloudflare

    Purpose
    Website delivery and security, service APIs, business records and application downloads.
    Information involved
    Network and request information, account and license identifiers, and transaction records.
    Processing locations
    Cloudflare describes storage in the United States and European Economic Area, with international processing. Locations vary by service.

  • Mailgun

    Purpose
    Transactional sign-in, license and account emails.
    Information involved
    Recipient addresses, email content and delivery events.
    Processing locations
    United States email region is configured. Mailgun also describes global replication of limited account data.

  • Waffo

    Purpose
    Checkout, payments, subscriptions and refunds.
    Information involved
    Checkout email, purchase and subscription details, and payment information entered at Waffo.
    Processing locations
    United States and other countries where Waffo’s suppliers and payment providers operate, according to its privacy policy.

  • Google reCAPTCHA

    Purpose
    Spam and abuse prevention on contact and sign-in forms.
    Information involved
    Browser and network information used for bot and abuse checks.
    Processing locations
    Google describes processing on servers around the world, potentially outside your country.

  • Google Analytics

    Purpose
    Automatic website traffic, engagement and download measurement; always enabled on public pages.
    Information involved
    Pseudonymous cookie identifiers, public page paths, referring sites, browser/device information, approximate location and download events. We exclude account pages, form content, email addresses and URL query parameters.
    Processing locations
    Google processes data on servers around the world, including the United States, under its applicable terms and privacy information.

  • Alibaba Cloud

    Purpose
    Hosting the website and its WordPress account system.
    Information involved
    Website account information and server access logs.
    Processing locations
    Hong Kong, China: the verified region of our website hosting instance.
